Never Let Me Go

For those of you who haven't seen this movie, you absolutely have to.

In retrospect, it's ridiculously depressing, but from an artistic standpoint, it's amazingly stunning; the music, the colors, the dialogue, the silent moments, everything lends itself to such an array of beauty. 

And, as SP and I sit and paint our nails, we contemplate the ways in which we can take these moments and translate them into something of our own.

Oh, the pondering that occurs whilst engaging in such girlish activities. 

Who said pampering cant open your mind to interesting ideas?

And Im sure while many of you are throwing your necks back in laughter, either in the abusrdity of this post, or in the realization that you, yourself have thought the same thing, 

there is no right or wrong reaction.... For SP and I do the same thing, often times with our own thoughts. 

So, in short, see the movie... Imagine your own ideas, and carry on inspiring!

To be or not to be.... Vegan...

Well... SP has had her first bout of post vegan ingesting sickness.

Es no bueno peeps...

I'll tell you one thing, drawing your roommate a bath, placing a bowl on the side of it (in case of emergencies.. you catch my drift), and helping said roommate INTO bath, well, it's not ideal.

But hey!  That's what roommies are for!  

And, you can always use it for inspiration later!

So again, the question is whether to be or not to be vegan... Let's just say that SP is airing on the side of MEAT and DAIRY.  

SP: "I don't even know what Im trying to say... Whatever it was, it was bad... so very bad."

Although these two items only cost us a collective $12.00, they were the best purchases we could have acquired for the festivities at hand.

Mission Statement

Well.... We've started a blog....

Roommates we are.... 

Sharing a house..... Sharing a blog....

Cliche?  Yes...

Do we care?  No.....

We are artists....

Another cliche?  

Debatable.

Again, do we care? 

No...

In order to get our point across, we are going to stray from our "mission statement" to make it plain and simple.

We are two photography students who love art, life, and of course, stoop life.

What does stoop life mean to us?

Well, we still don't know... All we can say is that stoop life so far has proved to be utterly entertaining. 

Although not all our photos will entail that of the stoop itself, we are going to post our latest and greatest works in progress and hope to gain some feedback, and above all.... some support! 

Oh, parents....This blog may or may not contain nudity... and when we say may or may not, we mean may.... A lot.
